The Purchaser and any accompanying party understand and expressly assumes the risk of exposure to COVID-19, other communicable disease and the associated dangers, medical complications and physical/mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. The Purchaser and any accompanying party further acknowledge and understands by attending an event that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated, inherent risk of being exposed to and contracting communicable disease, including, but not limited to, COVID-19, and accept such risk by attending an event. 

To assure the safety of our patrons during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, age restrictions, or similar measures. If Purchaser cannot attend the event due to failure or inability to comply with such requirements, a refund will not be considered. If the event is held without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, Purchaser may receive a refund as if the event was canceled.

All attendees of this event must present validation of their COVID-19 vaccine or a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours prior to the event through the CheckVax service at this link.
